This report is in our customer's hands within 48 hours and includes the source of the current problem, the exact location of the leak on the roof, the labour and materials required to fix the problem and the total cost involved.

Syndicate Management Inc. has a range of properties throughout the Toronto area. Roofco was able to provide a comprehensive program of consulting, roof replacement, leak response support and mechanical repair to ensure problem-free operation of its facilities.

Unilever Canada had received recommendations that its facility would require re-roofing from another vendor. After investigation, Roofco was able to recommend a combination of replacement, maintenance and mechanical programs that could extend the useful life of the roof by as much as 12 years.
